You must be at least 13 years old to use Criticast. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of any ideas, pitches, or reviews you post on Criticast. By submitting content, you grant Criticast a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harassing
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from Criticast
• Post spam, misleading information, or content that violates others' rights

4. AI-generated content

Criticast uses AI to generate insights, writing suggestions, and recommendations. These are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy and they should not be treated as professional or legal advice.

5. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or otherwise harm the Criticast community.

6. Limitation of liability

Criticast is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of Criticast after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
